The hidden story that inspired Full Circle...

In the 1920s Evelina Perkins acquired a 3,000-acre tract that included a dairy farm. The dairy farm was known as Glynwood Farm and had been operational since the 1750s.

When Evelina gifted this land to her granddaughter Anne Cabot, Anne and her husband Frank became stewards of the land. What was once Anne and Frank’s private residence is now a 15-acre public garden preserved by The Garden Conservancy which Frank founded. All but 250 acres have become part of the Fahnestock Park with another portion of the land being leased by Glynwood Center for Regional Food and Farming.
